Guest Attire: For your comfort and to help us provide the best experience, we kindly ask that all guests wear the provided spa attire during their service.
Appropriate undergarments should also be worn underneath the provided garment. If this policy is not followed, we may need to modify or discontinue the service.

​​Appointment Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a $50 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments not canceled within our cancellation policy.

​​Pregnancy Notice: At this time, we do not provide massage or bodywork services for individuals who are pregnant. If you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, please let us know before scheduling an appointment so we can advise you accordingly.

​Children & Minors: Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide signed consent, in accordance with applicable laws.

​Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows are charged full price of service amount.

​​Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit. Arriving late may shorten your session to avoid delaying other guests. Full-service fees still apply.

Do I need to complete an intake form?
Yes. All clients are required to complete a brief intake and consent form before their first appointment. This helps us understand your wellness goals and provide a safe, personalized experience.

Should I tell my practitioner about medical conditions or injuries?

Yes. Please let us know about any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, allergies, or areas of discomfort before your session. This information helps us tailor your service to your needs.

Do you provide pregnancy massage?

At this time, we do not offer massage or bodywork services for clients who are pregnant. We appreciate your understanding.

Are you responsible for lost or stolen belongings?
​
You can ask a front desk receptionist on any Items lost while we make every effort to safeguard items found on our premises. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We encourage guests to keep valuables with them or leave them at home whenever possible.

Will I receive the exact techniques described for the service?
​Everybody is unique. While you will receive the service you have booked, the techniques used during your session may be adjusted based on your individual needs, comfort level, mobility, flexibility, health history, or physical limitations. For your safety and comfort, your practitioner may modify, substitute, or omit certain techniques while still providing the intended experience of the selected service.

Can I get a receipt for my insurance?

Yes. We can provide a detailed receipt after your appointment upon request. We kindly ask that you request your insurance receipt in advance or at the time of booking so we can prepare it with all required details.

What should I do after my massage?
​
We recommend drinking plenty of water, taking it easy for the rest of the day, and allowing your body time to relax and recover. Mild soreness after certain treatments, such as deep tissue massage or Thai stretching, can be normal.

Do prices change?
​
Yes. Our prices and promotions may be updated periodically to reflect operating costs, service enhancements, and seasonal offers. The current pricing shown on our website or booking platform is always the most up to date.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment without notice or cancel outside of our cancellation policy, your deposit may be forfeited or a cancellation fee may apply. We encourage clients to notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule.

Is it normal to feel sore the next day?
​
Yes. It's normal to experience mild soreness or tenderness for up to 24–48 hours after certain treatments, especially deep tissue massage or traditional Thai stretching. Drinking plenty of water, stretching gently, and allowing your body time to rest may help ease any discomfort. If you experience severe or prolonged pain, we recommend contacting your healthcare provider.

What if prices change after I book my appointment?

Our pricing is updated from time to time depending on the number of services. The price in effect at the time of your appointment will apply, even if it is different from when you originally booked. We recommend calling us for any concerns and questions.

Can I use an older gift card if prices have changed?
​
Yes. Gift cards purchased at any time will be fully honored at their original value. Even if our service prices change, no additional payment will be required when redeeming a valid gift card.
